CoachLoop Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern use of CoachLoop by trainees, trainers, and team members operating trainer organizations.

2. Service Description

CoachLoop provides:

• A trainee mobile experience for logging food, workouts, and receiving coaching guidance.
• A trainer dashboard for linked-client summaries, digests, and notes.

CoachLoop is a wellness companion. It is not a medical device, healthcare service, or substitute for professional medical advice. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. CoachLoop does not provide advice on alcohol consumption. Calorie estimates are approximate and should not be used for medical or clinical purposes. If you have a diagnosed condition (including but not limited to diabetes, eating disorders, pregnancy, or cardiac conditions), consult your healthcare provider before using CoachLoop for nutrition decisions.

3. Accounts and Access

• You are responsible for credentials and account security.
• Access may be suspended for abuse, fraud, or policy violations.
• Trainer access to trainee data depends on an active link and consent scope.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the service or attempt unauthorized access.
• Upload unlawful or harmful content.
• Interfere with service reliability or security controls.

5. Billing and Plans

• Paid features and entitlements are controlled by published plan rules.
• Billing providers may process payment details under their own terms.
• Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Data and Privacy

Use of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy at coachloop.app/privacy.

7. Intellectual Property

CoachLoop software, branding, and service content are protected by applicable IP laws. You retain ownership of your submitted content, subject to rights needed to operate the service.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoachLoop disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoachLoop and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. CoachLoop may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or legal requirements.

11. Changes

CoachLoop may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through in-app or service notices.
